Masibus MC-1-U GPS Master Clock has been developed to address key power and process industry time synchronization requirements. It is the most featured and cost-effective GPS time synchronization solution for versatile applications like monitoring, control or analysis of the power system in compact 1U Rack mount size. MC-1-U provides time synchronization accuracy better than 1 microsecond.
MC-1-U generates wide range of timing signals via seven programmable different output ports. It has various outputs like RS232 serial ports, PPS Port, IRIG-B ports, RJ45 ports and relay outputs.
These outputs have ample drive capability to easily drive multiple loads in parallel and its parameter fully configurable. The GPS Backup battery is now included in MC-1-U. This feature improves acquisition time to as little as 15 seconds after a brief power loss by supplying constant power to the real-time clock.
MC-1-U has a front panel display and keypad providing comfort for installation and usage. LEDs provide at-a-glance status information. MC- 1-U has facility to program the parameters by local PC connection via serial port. Configurations includes time zone correction, hour setting, serial data format selection and is password protected to avoid unauthorized access. MC-1-U supports IP Gateway Subset mask configurable via Ethernet port through Telnet. It is also individually programmable if more Ethernet Outputs are available.

The unit is constructed in a form factor suitable for DIN Rail, Wall mount or Panel mount option. GPS Time Sync Unit is designed for Reliability and provides base time accuracy of 150nsec.GPS Time Sync Unit supports time code and pulse signals complying with standards like RS232/485 serial, PPS, IRIG-B, NTP, these outputs have ample drive capability to drive multiple loads in parallel and its parameters are fully configurable. The GPS receiver has built-in RTC backed up with on board battery to maintain time during power loss and instant recovery on power resumption. Masibus Digital Power Display Unit DDU-XX is a versatile, multi-featured code driven Digital Display. It displays parameters like Time, Date, Day and Frequency. This unit decodes and displays all Time protocols like IRIG-B modulated/ TTL, NTP (Ethernet) and Serial (NGTS, NMEA and TFormats). IRIG-B decoding supports the 1 KHz modulated format (B12x) and the TTL format (B00x).The Digital Display Unit has built-in Battery backed RTC which maintains time in case of loss of power and communication break. - Masibus TDR-4 Time Distribution Rack amplifies input signal which is connected on rear side and distributes via different timing outputs. Time Distribution Rack (TDR-4) accepts signals like 1PPS, IRIG-B TTL, IRIG-B Modulated, NMEA (RS232) and Event from GPS and gives four isolated outputs of each signal same as input.
TDR-4 is housed in a compact 19’’, 3U rack mounted package. It has nine output card slots and one power supply card slot. Each output card has 4 outputs thus maximum 36 outputs of different or same type possible in single TDR-4
TDR-4 has High Intensity LEDs on each card to shows the power status of the card and four numbers of isolated outputs signal status. All the inputs are connected on the rear side all the output signals are on the front of the equipment.
TDR-4 has flexibility to choose from six different output cards 1PPS, IRIG-B TTL, RS232, RS485, IRIG-B Modulated, NTP and Event. Any signal output card can easily be inserted into any signal card slot excluding Power Supply Slot. If user requires more than four numbers of outputs then user has to insert another same type of the card in any slot of the TDR-4.
TDR-4 has also facility to interface redundant GPS incase of any failure occur with the first GPS.

Wireless Clock System MC-2 Master Clock and DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 Slave Clock is a perfect solution for a wide range of applications where accurate, synchronized time is required over wireless. It displays parameters like Time and Date.
Wireless Clock System eliminates wiring and reduces installation cost and also allows a retrofitting of an existing installation in a convenient way. Each clock can work as Slave cum repeater that helps to extend the network range. The Wireless system allows multiple Slave clocks to work on same/multiple frequency range and can retransmit without interfering with other wireless products.
Frequency hopping technology is available for error free communication in case of interference from some wireless device on some particular communication frequency. Masibus Wireless Clock System also has more options of wired RS232 or RS485 Connection and NTP other than RF wireless connection to sync with GPS Master Clock.
Wireless Clcok System MC-2 and DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 works on Time protocols like (NGTS, NMEA and T-Formats) for wired Connection. DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 also available with NTP [Network Time Protocol] with PoE [Power Over Ethernet] option. The DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 has built-in Battery backed RTC which maintains time in case of loss of power and communication break.
DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 Slave Clock is specially designed with SS faceplates, Modular wall mounting compatible for Pharma & Clean room requirement. The rugged Mild Steel case with Front Soft Steel makes DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 ideal for demanding industrial environments and elegant look. Flush LED display of DDU-24/26, DDU-44/46 offers a wide angle viewing. Time and Date Display are available in Flush Mount, Panel Mount & Wall mount versions.
